This Privacy Policy describes how Rambam's Ladder LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access or use any of our websites, applications, or services, including electricianjolt.com, the Jolt application, the Senda Trades platform, sendatrades.com, Contractors License OS, and rambamsladder.com (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of all Services immediately. Rambam's Ladder LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama, with its principal place of business at 3001 9th Avenue SW, Office 33, Huntsville, Alabama 35805.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, subscribe to a Service, or contact us. This includes: • Email address (all Services) • Name (Contractors License OS, contact forms) • Payment information — processed and stored by our third-party payment processor; we do not store raw card numbers • Professional hours logs, employer names, and affidavit data (Contractors License OS only) • Content you submit to the Services, including field hacks, tips, and trade contributions (Jolt)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including: • Device type, operating system, and browser type • IP address and approximate geographic location (country/state level) • Pages visited, features used, and time spent in the application • Crash reports and error logs • Referring URLs This data is collected through standard web server logs, cookies, and analytics tools.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third-party platforms when you connect to our Services through them, such as Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. This may include your Google or Apple account identifier used for authentication purposes only. We do not receive your payment credentials from these platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 To Operate and Improve the Services

We use your information to create and manage your account; process subscription payments; deliver the features and functionality of Jolt, Senda Trades, and Contractors License OS; respond to support requests; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service notices); and diagnose bugs and improve application performance.

3.2 Contractors License OS — Specific Uses

For Contractors License OS subscribers, we use your professional hours logs, employer records, and affidavit data exclusively to operate the platform's Hit List CRM, Field Hours Tracker, and Board Deadline Engine features. This data is never shared with the Alabama Electrical Contractors Board or any state agency on your behalf — you remain solely responsible for submitting your own application materials.

3.3 Communications

We may send you product updates, feature announcements, and promotional emails related to Rambam's Ladder products. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional and service-related emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

3.4 Analytics and Product Development

We use aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand how our products are used, identify areas for improvement, and make product development decisions. This data does not identify individual users.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Services use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember user preferences, and collect analytics data. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, doing so may impair certain features of the Services. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertising networks. Analytics data collected through our Services is used solely for internal product improvement purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Rambam's Ladder LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.

5.2 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Services, including payment processors (Stripe), cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rambam's Ladder LLC, our users, or the public.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website prior to such a transfer and any change in privacy practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes. Contractors License OS subscribers: your professional hours logs and affidavit data are retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Access and Correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request correction of any inaccurate data by contacting us at [email protected].

8.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8.3 Data Portability

Contractors License OS subscribers may request an export of their professional hours log data in a standard format (CSV) by contacting us prior to account cancellation.

8.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may not opt out of transactional emails (receipts, service notices) while your account is active.

8.5 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. 10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, or platforms (including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Stripe). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Services.

11. Product-Specific Privacy Notes

Jolt

Jolt collects email address, subscription status, and in-app usage data (features accessed, session duration). Field hack submissions are stored and may be published publicly on Rambam's Ladder platforms with your first name or username. Jolt does not collect location data, contacts, or camera access.

Senda Trades

Senda Trades is currently in development. When launched, it will collect email address, enrollment status, and course progress data. This Privacy Policy will be updated prior to launch to reflect any additional data practices specific to the Senda Trades platform.

Contractors License OS

Contractors License OS collects the most sensitive data of any Rambam's Ladder product, including professional hours logs, employer names, and affidavit preparation data. This data is used exclusively to operate the platform's features and is never shared with the Alabama Electrical Contractors Board, state agencies, or any third party except as required by law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter and all materials you submit to the Board.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you by email or prominent in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
