<p>I’m not a tech giant. I’m a solo founder but a electrician first, who picked up a few tech skills to put in my toolbelt because I saw a problem I could fix.</p><p>I built Jolt to put bleeding edge 2025 tech in my trades hands, in my hands and more importantly provide my company a pathway to build something much bigger. Jolt handles the things that slows electricians and apperentices down—conduit bending math, NEC code lookups, obscure electrical questions, fill calculations or any complex electrical question for that matter—so you can focus on your craftsmanship. Jolt was built to handle all of it.&nbsp;</p><p>What you see is what you get: A tool built out of necessity, driven by a purpose to help everyone stand on their own two feet in this industry. <p>I want to be completely raw about how this company makes money.</p><p>We could have started as a standard non-profit, begging for donations to build a trade school. But I don't believe in begging. It is designed to solve real problems on the job site—conduit fill, bend calculations, NEC lookups. It costs money because it provides value.</p><p>But here is the promise: 50% of all revenue from Jolt goes directly to building the <a data-mce-href="https://www.rambamsladder.com/landing" href="https://www.rambamsladder.com/landing">Jolt Academy</a>.</p><p>When you pay your subscription, you aren't just buying a calculator. You are funding the development of a tuition-free (or low-cost) educational platform for someone who can't afford it. It is giving a person a loan, a partnership, or a job, so that they never need to ask for charity again. It is the gift of dignity.</p><p>I’m an electrician. I work with my hands.
